Berry has worked with children and youth in schools, hostels and the community centres, providing EXAT services to those with emotional distress, behavioral problems and SEN. Apart from her interest to walk with children and youth, she also meets adults, parents, carers, elderly, ethnic minorities, professional staff and people in rehab settings.

Berry has been working in training and development within the social welfare sector, providing services on both individual and professional growth and committed to intergrate arts into work. Apart from the therapy work, Berry has collaborated with diverse organisations and schools to organise retreats and experiential workshops.
