Working Experience 工作經驗
With over 8 years of clinical experience, Aleck specializes in working with adolescents and adults with special educational needs (SEN), emotional distress, addictions, and trauma. His practice also supports cancer patients, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, people living with HIV, and caregivers. He also offers staff retreats and wellness programs for corporations and NGOs. Aleck has served as a Board Member (2016-2024) of the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association (IEATA), chaired the 15th International Conference, and was honored with the Rising Star Award. He teaches at universities and expressive arts therapy programs, actively presents at international conferences, and contributes to international academic journals. After completing a Diploma in Creative Approaches to Supervision in 2023, Aleck now offers clinical supervision to students/graduates from all four expressive arts therapy training programs in Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as to social workers and counselors integrating arts into their practice.
Aleck擁有超過八年臨床經驗，服務對象主要包括有特殊教育需要（SEN）、情緒困擾、成癮及創傷的青少年與成人，亦包括癌友、少數族裔、性/別小眾、愛滋病病毒感染者及照顧者。他同時為商業機構及社福機構提供員工退修及身心靈健康活動。Aleck為國際表達藝術治療協會（IEATA）董事（2016–2024）、第15屆國際研討會主席及亦明日之星獎得主。他於大學及表達藝術治療課程擔任講師，積極於國際研討會演講，並於國際學術期刊發表文章。2023年完成創意督導方法文憑課程後，Aleck現提供臨床督導，對象包括香港四個及中國內地表達藝術治療培訓課程的學生與畢業生，以及將藝術融入實務中的社工與輔導員。
