Additionally, Mandy has served various families, couples, elderly individuals, and caregivers. In expressive arts therapy, multiple cases, groups, and workshops applied to children, adolescents, parent-child relationships, and caregivers have received positive feedback. Her master's thesis focused on the application of expressive arts therapy in cases involving caregivers of adolescents with mental health issues, revealing significant improvements in the psychological well-being of caregivers and notable effects in stress relief. In applications with adolescent cases, she witnessed how expressive arts therapy effectively helps youth express themselves. One client, after twenty sessions, showed marked improvement in anxiety levels, effectively reducing fear of attending school and improving attendance.
