Choi employs an intermodal approach across her group therapy work, community workshops, and individual sessions, drawing flexibly on different art forms to meet participants’ needs. Building on her experience in both education and public service, she integrates expressive arts therapy into school and community settings to promote emotional expression and regulation, personal growth, and to facilitate the search for character strengths. Her current core focus is to support clients in exploring and cultivating a deeper sense of meaning in life.
