擁有26年助人專業工作經驗。
Inside Out Creative Arts Therapy & Counselling 創辦人。曾任香港小童群益會心理創傷輔導中心表達藝術治療師；香港明愛社區發展服務計劃主任、青少年服務社工及駐校社工。
亦曾擔任香港大學表達藝術治療碩士課程講師及督導顧問（2017–2021），以及香港浸會大學及香港理工大學社工系督導。
現於香港、英國及世界各地透過實體及網上形式，為有需要人士提供心理輔導及心理治療服務，並積極參與專業督導及員工培訓工作。
With 26 years of experience in the helping profession.
Founder of Inside Out Creative Arts Therapy & Counselling. Former Expressive Arts Therapist at the Psychological Trauma Counselling Centre of The Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, and previously served as Community Development Project Officer, Youth Social Worker, and School Social Worker at Caritas Hong Kong.
Also worked as Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor Consultant for the Master of Expressive Arts Therapy Programme at The University of Hong Kong (2017–2021), and as Fieldwork Supervisor for the Department of Social Work at Hong Kong Baptist University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Currently provides counselling and psychotherapy services in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and internationally through both in-person and online platforms, while actively engaged in professional supervision and staff training.
