Working Experience 工作經驗
Mason is an expressive arts therapist and a social worker. He has worked in the counselling and psychotherapy field for more than 8 years. His orientation to psychotherapy is distinguished by the use of bottom-up approach (i.e. body-oriented psychotherapy and expressive arts therapy) for fostering self-connection, transformation and achieving an authentic life among people with traumatic experiences, psychiatric disorders, bereavement needs and attachment needs for physiopsychosocial-spiritual healing.
Mason是一位表達藝術治療師及社工，從事輔導及心理治療工作逾八年。他進行的心理治療主要以由下而上的手法（即以身體為導向的心理治療和表達藝術療法）為特色，幫助有創傷經歷、精神/ 情緒病、具喪親需要及具依附關係需要的人士建立自我連結、推進生命轉化，並活出真實的自我，從而獲得身心及靈性層面的療癒。
